Michael holds an MBA from Western Governors University with program concentrations in Operations and Finance. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Information Technology. He is passionate about building effective teams and leveraging technology to create and scale global solutions.As VP, Software Engineering & AI Enablement at Tweddle Group, he leads global software engineering and AI across the US, India, and Europe, owning architecture, platform engineering, DevOps, and delivery.Over 20+ years, he has grown from hands-on infrastructure and security into executive technology leadership, and the last several years have focused entirely on turning AI from experiments into measurable business capability.Originally from Michigan, he studied at Loyola University in Chicago but also attended Universities in Detroit and Utah. He has traveled around the world, has worked in Asia, and Europe, and is now based in Detroit Michigan with his family.
